Since we print every item to order just for you, please allow 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to print, pack, and ship your goodies.
You’ll get an email with a tracking number the moment your order leaves our hands!
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship both within the United States and internationally.
- Flat Rate Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
- Processing Time: All orders require 1 to 5 business days for production before shipment.
- United States Standard Shipping: Once shipped, standard U.S. shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days to be delivered.
- Canada Shipping: International shipping to Canada typically takes 10 to 30 business days after shipment.
- Australia Shipping: International shipping to Australia typically takes 10 to 30 business days after shipment.
- Rest of World Shipping: International shipping typically takes 10 to 30 business days after shipment.
3. International Shipping
International delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs processing, and local carrier delays.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or local charges required by their country.
4. How Do I Check My Order Status?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@popularteez.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
MisoFunny is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
